CONFERENCE FEES
The conference fee covers all the lunches, coffee breaks, entrance to museums from 24 to 28 June 2019. The fees also covers: icebreaker on Sunday 23 June; mid-conference trip on Wednesday 26 June: bus & boat from/to Padova, lunch, entrance tickets, no-host dinner); off site conference at the Great War Memorial in Montebelluna on Thursday 27 June: museum entrance, lunch, conference dinner, bus from/to Padova (all included).
The conference fee doesn’t cover any costs of accommodation and travelling to/ from Padova.
Early registration (starting from 1st February 2019 to 15 April 2019).
Late registration (starting from 16 April 2019 to 15 May 2019): registration fees will be increased by 20%.

The Field Trip fee covers meals, accomodation, transport and museums entrance (all included).

VISA POLICY
Only the keynote speakers get the official invitation from the organizers. All the other ICMG19 participants receive the confirmation of registration for the conference (after the registration is completed).
If you need a letter of invitation for your VISA, please ask to the conference secretary: icmg19italy@gmail.com
The participants are individually responsible for getting visa if necessary for travel to Italy. For all the information about the process of receiving visa click here.
For the list of visa-free countries (citizens of such countries are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Italy for less than 90 days) click here.
